Identify the source before reading the conditions
Rewards can originate from membership, events, referrals, sign-in activity, limited campaigns, or a direct account notice. Each source may set different rules for qualifying, claiming, and using the benefit.
Open the record within your own signed-in XX6 account. A message intended for another person may not apply to you, even if you have a similar profile. Use the source name or identifier when keeping notes about it.
Check whether tracking has started
Look for a join or activation control and wait for acknowledgement if one is present. Other rewards may track automatically; the current record should help you distinguish the two arrangements.
Use the displayed counter to follow the required activity instead of estimating it from memory. For an event-based reward, check that the table has finished updating before treating your apparent position as the settled earning result.
Compare the reward record with account history
A status such as pending, approved, credited, or expired describes a different point in the process. Read the label alongside any explanation, then locate the corresponding entry in account history.
Allow the crediting period stated for that reward. An entry still inside that period is not necessarily overdue. If the two screens disagree afterwards, preserve both records rather than repeatedly refreshing until the original state is lost.
Inspect the conditions at the point of use
Check the accepted game or item categories, any minimum or maximum, and the order in which balances will be used. A credited reward may remain unavailable for a feature outside its permitted uses.
Review the final amount before confirming. Keep the resulting history entry until the remaining balance makes sense. If a reward later disappears, compare usage and expiry records first; it may have been consumed or reached its deadline.
Allow for membership and event reviews
Membership rewards may depend on the level at a specified moment, not simply the level visible when the banner first appeared. Read whether renewal, verification, or a minimum membership period affects qualification.
If the level changes during participation, keep the earlier terms and the final profile status. Ask which point in time controls the reward if the wording is unclear.
For event rewards, a provisional position can change through score corrections, tie resolution, or account checks. Wait for the result to become final before comparing the advertised table with the reward approved for your account.
Keep a record that can be closed
For an active reward, note its source, activation time, progress location, crediting interval, usage restrictions, and expiry. A few lines are enough if they identify the reward and the stage currently outstanding.
Once history and the reward page agree, mark the record complete. If they do not, that same note supplies the outline of a support request without a long reconstruction of what happened.
Remove personal screenshots you no longer need after the reward or case is settled. Retain a non-sensitive confirmation or reference where you have a reason to keep one.
