Open the offer while signed in
Use the offer card attached to your account and check who it is intended for. Invitations, new-account campaigns, and membership offers can carry different entry conditions even when the artwork looks similar.
Find the participation window before acting. Work completed before the offer starts, or before your activation is accepted, may not count. A remaining banner should not be treated as permission to ignore the dates below it.
Wait for activation to be acknowledged
Press the available join or claim control once, then look for a receipt or changed status. If the screen stays unchanged, inspect history before deciding the request never reached the service.
Read which activity counts before leaving the page. Closely named games or features may be excluded. Keep the starting counter and activation time so you can distinguish later progress from activity completed before joining.
Follow progress without repeating the action
A finished action may first appear as pending while eligibility or the result is checked. Compare the activity history with the offer tracker rather than looking only at the balance.
Use the update interval stated in the conditions. A second attempt made while the first is under review can create more activity without making the tracker update sooner. Leave the original reference intact until its status is clear.
Report the point where the record stops
If the crediting period has passed, gather the terms, activation receipt, activity entry, and current balance or benefit screen. Make sure the account still meets the applicable requirements.
Explain which step succeeded and which expected entry never appeared. Include the offer name and relevant times in a single support case. A complete sequence is easier to investigate than separate messages containing disconnected screenshots.
