Give each active offer its own entry
Record the offer name or identifier, activation status, required activity, and closing time. Add where progress is displayed and how long crediting is expected to take. Include a separate usage expiry where one exists.
A phone note is enough. Move completed entries out of the active list once their results agree with history. An uncluttered list makes an approaching deadline easier to notice than a long archive of expired campaigns.
Label screenshots before they become confusing
Two campaigns can share artwork or similar wording while covering different games, account groups, or membership levels. Read their conditions separately and attach the correct offer name to each saved screen.
Use an identifier where it is available. It helps distinguish a repeated campaign from an earlier one with the same title. Without that label, a perfectly readable screenshot can still belong to the wrong set of rules.
Check counters at useful intervals
Find out when the tracker is supposed to update. It may wait for an activity to settle or an account check to finish, so looking after every tap may reveal nothing new.
Compare the relevant history when progress seems absent. Avoid repeating an action merely because the counter has not moved. The first action may already be recorded, and another attempt may belong to a different offer or add unwanted activity.
Finish the record when the offer ends
Keep the final progress screen together with its credited value, benefit status, or expiry notice. Those records establish the outcome much more clearly than the activation screenshot on its own.
If something differs, send the terms and dated sequence in one support case. Once the result is settled, remove unnecessary screenshots containing personal details and retain only the reference or confirmation you still have reason to keep.
