Identify who the terms include
Look for the account group named in the offer. It could concern new users, an invitation list, a membership tier, a location, or accounts with completed verification. General availability should not be assumed from the artwork.
Read any limits involving accounts, devices, or households. Meeting the main activity requirement does not cancel those restrictions. If you are uncertain how a condition applies, ask before attempting to participate.
Separate joining from qualifying
An activation button can begin tracking without fulfilling the offer itself. Find the named activity and check whether it must happen after joining, through a particular feature, or in a specified sequence.
Then inspect minimums, caps, and exclusions. Similar game names or actions are not necessarily interchangeable. Use the full description from the terms when comparing it with the feature you intend to open.
Build a timeline from the dates
Mark the activation cutoff, activity deadline, expected crediting interval, and last usage date where each is provided. Include the time zone; a calendar date alone may not tell you when participation stops.
Where credit depends on an event result, settlement can be another stage in the timeline. Check whether the result is final before deciding that a benefit should already have reached the account.
Keep updates alongside the original version
Read later notices linked to the promotion while retaining the conditions displayed when you activated it. The earlier screenshot records your starting point, and the later notice may explain an operational change.
If the outcome differs from what you expected, compare those records with activation, activity, and final account history. Ask about the specific mismatch rather than relying on a brief banner that leaves out the relevant detail.
