Start with the full offer page
Expand the terms and find the opening time, final deadline, required activity, and any activation control. Check whether those times use your local zone. A banner left on screen after an event ends does not extend its availability.
Save the whole conditions panel with its date visible. If a result needs checking later, support needs the rules that applied when you joined, not just the advertised amount.
Check the account behind the invitation
A friend receiving an offer does not establish that yours qualifies. Membership, previous activity, location, registration date, or an unfinished identity review may explain why two accounts see different screens.
Compare each requirement with your own profile before spending time on the activity. If a condition is unclear, ask about that specific line. Repeating an action cannot make an excluded account eligible retrospectively.
Look for a recorded start
An offer may begin automatically, or it may wait for you to press an activation button. Look for a confirmation, dated history entry, or newly available counter before assuming participation has started.
Later, an unchanged counter is a reason to inspect history. Refresh once and allow the update period stated in the terms. Extra attempts can add activity without resolving the original delay.
Trace a missing benefit backwards
Work back from the expected result: was the activity completed, was that feature included, and had activation finished beforehand? Compare the times against the deadline and check whether the account status changed during participation.
When those details agree but the benefit is absent, send one report containing the offer name, relevant history entry, and terms screenshot. Remove private credentials from every attachment before sending it.
